How to book

There are 3 ways to make a booking on the site. Either have a browse through our properties, and if you find a particular one you like, you can send a reservation request through our automated reservation system (registration required). Please note that your booking is not confirmed until you receive contact from one of our agents.

Alternatively, simply fill out the enquiry form below, or email us at info@greencoastvillas.com telling us what type of vacation rental you are looking for and we will get back to you with some suitable options.

Payment structure

We require 50% of the rental amount upfront to confirm the reservation. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before the start of the rental period for standard weeks, and 60 days before for holiday weeks (e.g. Christmas and New Years). For all houses a fully refundable damage deposit is required.

Refunds and Cancellations

The 50% initial reservation deposit is non-refundable at any time. The remaining 50% deposit is fully refundable provided that the villa can be rebooked for the same period. Administration costs and rate differences will be deducted.

Check in / Check out

Check in time is 3pm, Check out time is 11am.

House policies

In all our houses, smoking is not permitted indoors. Pets are not allowed unless special permission is given. Some houses may have other policies, we will advise of these at the time of booking.

Payment methods

At the moment the only accepted forms of payment are via wire-transfer to Green Coast Villa's bank account in Costa Rica.

We hope to be accepting credit cards in the near future.
